Lugaw Loves Gulaman “It’s the perfect two”

When it comes to food, people service, customer relation, and all about a good business, we Filipinos could be on top. No matter how big your business is, and no matter how big your capital is. That’s the reason why there so many businesses came on top from little space to a bigger space, from lesser income to higher income until they reached the business success.

And as a student came in Manila, one of the businesses that caught my attention is the Jan Wil Store. The name of the store came from the son of its owner named Mrs. Analiza Indiongco and its nephew. It’s the business that offers not only good food to the student’s customer but also offers a good relation.

It is located at 1925 Anonas St. NDC Compound, Sta. Mesa, Manila; it opens at 7 in the morning and closes at 9 in the evening. The business of Madam Ana (the students called her Madam) started first as a hobby and as a past-time, and its experience of selling when she was still a dalaga brought idea to enter the food business. Her business started August 2010 and continues until the present time, it became so popular to the students because of its delicious meals and ineluctable drinks, the meal included in her daily menu are pasta, carbonara, macaroni, palabok, spaghetti, burger, fish ball, the popular unli lugaw, and the sweet gulaman. The other foods that she caters are kaldereta, fried chicken, chicken curry, pininyahang baboy, menudo, adobo and other Filipino cuisine. Problem in man-power is the number one problem that they encountered.

Unli lugaw and gulaman it’s the perfect two that’s why students love to eat. The meals we’re so affordable, that made the store so closed to customers. One of its popular customers is John Carl Benjamin Barrameda, a goin bulilit star. It is not the first time that Madam Ana’s store featured in a magazine, Madam Ana’s store captured Ricky Reyes Lifestyle attention and it was featured in the said television program.

She also told us that the success of a business depends on the good qualities of its owner and its employee as well like you need to have a lot of patience, goodness, humbleness, and you should go with the flow. Her tag-line is “Kahit wala kang poise, may poise ka pa din.
